SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS
1. Read all warnings posted on the equipment. Follow all safety instructions in this manual.
2. Make sure that the equipment is properly assembled and all fasteners are tightened before use.
3. This equipment must be placed on a levelled and stable surface with hard flooring or on a low pile carpet.
Do not place the equipment on loose rugs or uneven surfaces.
4. Inspect the equipment for worn or loose components prior to each use.
5. Tighten / replace any loose or worn components prior to using the equipment.
6. Always choose the workout which best fits your physical, strength and flexibility level. Know
your limits and train within them. Always use common sense when exercising.
7. Do not wear loose or dangling clothing while using the equipment.
8. Never exercise in bare feet or socks; always wear correct footwear, such as running, walking,
or cross-training shoes.
9. Be careful to maintain your balance while getting on this product, using this product and
getting off this product; loss of balance may result in a fall and/ or serious bodily injury.
10. The equipment should be used by only one person at a time.
11. Maintenance: Replace the defective components immediately and / or discontinue the use
of the equipment until it is repaired.
12. Make sure that adequate space is available for access to and passage around the equipment;
keep at least a distance of 1 meter from any obstructive on object while using the machine.
13. If you feel faint or dizzy, discontinue use of this equipment immediately. Serious bodily injury
can occur if this equipment is not assembled and used correctly. Serious bodily injury can also
occur if all instructions are not followed.
WARNINGS:
1. Read and understand this entire Owners' Manual completely before setting up or operating this
stationary exercise bicycle.
2. Do not let children operate this equipment or play with this equipment.
3. Set up and operate the stationary exercise bicycle only on solid leveled surface.
4. Take cautions in operating the stationary exercise bicycle to avoid possible injuries. Before
getting on or getting off this equipment, make sure that the equipment is at complete stop.
5. The equipment is for non-commercial use only
6. (1) Spinning pedals can cause injury.
(2) This exercise bicycle does not have a free wheel. Pedal spinning speed must be controlled
manually by feet.
7. The weight capacity of the seat is 225 lbs (102kg) – please refer to image illustration on cover
page of this Owners' Manual. Exceeding weight capacity will cause product damage and can
cause injury to the user.
8. The weight capacity of the desktop is 88 lbs (40 kg) – please refer to image illustration on cover
page of this Owners' Manual. Exceeding weight capacity will cause product damage and can cause
injury to the user.
