Tips on oil use
• Use only fresh and uncontaminated oil. Old fat can
be recognised by its smell and its altered consistency
(foamy, darker and usually viscous). We recommend
using the fat/oil a maximum of three times, regard-
less of the above assessment.
• Keep oils homogeneous - do not combine different
types together.
• Never mix oil or other fats with water.
• Do not add spice mixtures or the like to the oil and
do not use aromatic oils or oils containing additives.
• We recommend using vegetable oil such as coconut
oil, sunflower oil, vegetable fat, etc.
• Animal fats are not suitable for use in fondues.
• The fondue pot should always be thoroughly cleaned.
Tips on the keep warm function
The fondue set and its heating plate are also suitable
for heating or keeping food warm.
