TROUBLE SHOOTING

FAILURES
Tying machine stop working
Screen off
Motor works, but no wire comes out

The arch wire is not in the right
place of the Jaw, which leads to
tying failure

CAUSES
1. Circuit program is not started.
2. The battery is not inserted or not
inserted tightly
3. Run out of battery power.
4. Without wire coil or install non-
designated wire coil.
5. Failures of motor or circuit board.

the end when it is put into the taper
pipe.
2. The wire is bent or knotted.

After the first tying, the start button is
activated before pull out the machine,
thus triggering a second tying.
The jaw is blocked, which will cause
intervention of wire track. As a result,
the wire does not come out in the
right place.

SOLUTIONS
1. Start the circuit program according
to the operation manual.
2. Insert battery again.
3. Change battery or install battery
again after it is fully charged.
4. Insert designated wire coil.
5. Stop using the product, and
send the machine to professional
maintenance personal for repair.

1. Insert the wire into the end of the
taper pipe.
2. Pull out the wire and cut the bent or
knotted segment.
3. Take out the stuff which blocks the
wire beak.
Buzzer Alarm
Cut the wire with diagonal pliers. Pull
out the wire if there is any wire in the
wire beak. Please press the button
once for one tying next time.
Adjust the tying angle and clean the
obstacles in the wire track, so as to
eliminate all interference.
Replace it with a new charger
Replace it with a new battery
