things, but the effective distance will be decreased.
A list of factors, including but not limited to signal station, magnetic field, obstacle, battery
volume, other wireless devices nearby, landform, vegetative cover, etc, shall also influence
transmission of signals from remote transmitters and the actual effective distance of the
Remote Transmitter.
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: How old my pet can use Pet Training systems?
A: DO NOT use on puppies younger than 6 months.
Q: Once my pet is trained and has been obeying my commands, is it still necessary for my pet
to continue to wear the Receiver Collar?
A: You may need to reinforce your pet's memory with the Receiver Collar from time to time.
Q: Can I use Pet Training systems with more than one pet?
A: Yes, you can simply add one or two Receiver Collars to the system to control two or three pets,
because three dog channels are available with the Remote Transmitter.
Q: What is the effective distance of your Pet Training systems?
A: The effective distance could be as far as 1000 meters between Remote Transmitter and Receiver
Collar without obstacles in between. However in reality, a list of factors, including but not limited to
signal station, magnetic field, obstacle, battery volume, other wireless devices nearby, landform,
vegetative cover, etc, will influence transmission of signals from Remote Transmitter and the actual
effective distance of Remote Transmitter.
Q: I want to test the Static Stimulation function of Receiver Collar at my finger, but it does not
work, is anything wrong?
A: If you test Receiver Collar by your hand or leg, please touch the 2 screw caps (electrodes) at the
same time, touching only one screw cap (electrodes) will not work.
Q: What's the function of an anti-abrasion buckle?
A: Use the anti-abrasion buckle could prevent skin abrasion, avoid injury to the dog' skin when
wearing the iron column (rubber column) for long, and also it could be insulated from electricity.
After we stop using the device, but the dog starts to bark again, we can use the anti-abrasion buckle
and let the dog keep wearing the device.
When it becomes better after using the device for several times, the dog doesn't bark, please use the
anti-abrasion buckle.
Q: What do I do if my pet's neck becomes red and irritated?
A: Discontinue use of the pet training systems for a few days. If the condition persists beyond 48
hours, see your veterinarian. Even if the skin returns to normal, monitor your pet's skin condition
closely.
Q: Can I attach a leash to the Receive Collar?
A: NO. This can result in pulling the Screw Caps (contact points) too tightly against your pet's neck.
Use a separate collar placed above the Receiver Collar.
Q: How will I know when to charge the batteries of the Pet Training Systems?
A: For Remote Transmitter: the symbol will show up on the left down side of the LCD screen. For
Receiver Collar: if you hear 10 Seconds beep sound, you have to get it charged.
