Check screw unions and tighten if necessary.
Bent crane holders must be straightened. Minimum distance to
cover: 25 mm.
A CEMbox with a damaged lower section or cover must be
checked for proper usability by the company CEMO or an
authorised partner and, if necessary, put out of use.
Missing fastening screws must be replaced with M8 x 25 fa-
stening screws in at least grade 8.8 with galvanised hexagon
locking nut and washer.
Missing fastening screws must be replaced with M6 x 15 fa-
stening screws in at least grade 8.8 with galvanised hexagon
locking nut and washer.
Remove adhered dirt by spraying with water or with a damp
cloth.
Remove adhered dirt with a damp cloth.
Treat with a few drops of silicone oil.
Visual check for damage.
Check function, if necessary replace with original spare part
no. 211.4109.023.A2.
