10. Troubleshooting

Clean off any stuck on dirt or diesel

Solution
Locate any leaks and restore seal.
Fill the container.
Clean filter.
Shorten suction line,
fill suction line with liquid.
Open pressure side valve
(delivery nozzle/system valve)
Check that the terminal clamps are correctly
attached and that there is sufficient battery power.
Check the blade fuse in the black holder
on the connection cable. Replace if nec.
Provide voltage of at least 90 %
of the nominal value
Reduce delivery height or use a larger
cable cross-section
Clean filter.
Remove valve and clean, replace if nec.
Check to see if the suction or delivery hose
is kinked or a valve is closed.
Check that the polarity of the power supply
is correct.
Locate any leaks and restore seal.
Fill the container.
Reduce intake pressure loss.
Leave the tank to stand for a few minutes.
Vent the system via a long delivery interval.
Replace defective seal.
