Cerumen Screen

The cerumen screen needs to be changed to maintain protection against
moisture and cerumen build up, as well as to ensure optimum sound
quality. In case you observe that the screens have been clogged or
appear to come loose too often, you may replace them.
To change the screen:
1. Place a new screen on your fingertip with the adhesive side facing up.
2. Position the screen in the recess at the front of the tube and press
gently to ensure a secure fit.

Choice of Soft Tip
Medium sized soft tips have been attached to the earphones in the box.
However, you will also find small and large soft tips included with your
ExSilent Qstyle headphones, providing different fitting options according
to personal fitting requirements. This will enable the best seal in the
ear canal, enabling optimum sound quality and a full range of audio
frequencies.

By now a proper seal should have been created. However, it's advisable
to use the following test as a check :
Without playing any music or other audio, listen carefully to determine
whether your voice is louder and ambient noise is noticeably deterred.
If this is the case then you have created a tight seal. If not, please try
adjusting the headphone position in the ear, or use a different size soft
tip.
1. To fit the soft tip, securely
push the tube of the headphone
into the inner ring of the soft tip
ensuring a tight fit.
2. To create a seal in the ear
canal, place the headphone in
the ear and gently push into a
comfortable position.
