Completely unscrew the screws (1) and remove the motor
assembly with flange and pulley (2). Remove the sheet
metal (3).

Remove the pulley (1) from the motor shaft and replace
the spacer (2) and washer (3) with those corresponding to
the U-shape. Reassemble the pulley on the motor shaft.

Reverse the elements and reassemble them in the follow-
ing order: sheet (1), motor assembly (2), belt tensioning
screw (3), sheet (4).

ment and material, and do not exceed the machine's and
the tool's max speed.

box, after the machine main power switch has been
turned off it is necessary to wait for a period of ten min-
utes. The charged capacitors in the frequency converter
need this time to completely electrically discharge.
The machine is fitted with lifetime lubricated bearings and
is maintenance free.
Check the belt drive for damage every 400 operating
hours.
