INSPECTIONS
Regularly inspect your helmet. If there is any sign of wear or damage, replace your helmet.
Please feel free to show your helmet to a licensed Millet salesperson or to get in touch with our
customer service department.
REPLACEMENT
This helmet was designed to absorb impact by warping or breaking. If the helmet has suffered
a major shock or was involved in an accident, it must be replaced even if it looks like it is in a
good state externally because the damage may not be visible. Never use a helmet for longer
than five years after the manufacture date (see label affixed to the inside of the helmet).
PROTECTIVE CLASS
The EN1077 standard includes two categories of protection. Helmets of class A and B are
designed for alpine skiers, snowboarders and similar groups. Class A helmets provide relatively
greater protection. Class B helmets are better ventilated and enable you to hear better but
they do not protect such a large area of the head and therefore offer less protection from
penetration.

COMPLIANCE CERTIFICATE

The FR9-Y NEO DUAL helmet is designed to comply with standard EN12492:2012/EN1077B:2007
and has been certified as compliant by Apave according to document no.
082/1041/158/11/15/0493 from 04/11/2015. This document can be viewed at the following

WARRANTY
The Millet warranty applies for 2 years for all products. This warranty covers faults of
manufacture or abnormal wear of the product, which is determined by the Millet
after-sales service. Theft, breakage and normal wear and tear of the product are not covered
by this warranty.
«In accordance with Articles L.211-4 and the following of the Consumer Code and articles
1641 to 1649 of the French Civil Code, the seller is obliged to deliver goods conforming to the
contract and to answer for any existing compliance failures when delivering the goods. There-
fore, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Code, the item you have
selected is guaranteed against any manufacturing defect for a period of 2 years from
the date of issue. It also benefits from a warranty against hidden faults. These warranties
do not cover misuse or wear and tear resulting from improper use
of the product.»
