Use
Use dark chocolate, milk chocolate or white
chocolate. Do not use chocolate with � lling
or chocolate spread.
Break the chocolate into smaller pieces and
put it in the bowl.
Place the bowl in the chocolate fondue
casing.
Plug it into the mains. Turn the temperature
selector to the "Melt" position to melt the
chocolate.
The chocolate fondue heats up to around 65
°C and the chocolate melts in 10-20 minutes,
depending on the quantity.
Turn the temperature to the "Warm" position
to keep the chocolate warm and runny at
around 40 °C once it has melted.
Place the fruit, sliced fruit or berries on a
fondue fork and dip it brie� y into the runny
chocolate. Allow the chocolate to cool so that

you do not burn yourself.
Turn the chocolate fondue off by turning the

temperature selector to the OFF position
once you have � nished using it.

Cleaning and maintenance

Unplug the chocolate fondue and allow it to
cool.
Lift the bowl off the casing and wash it and
the fondue forks in hot water with a little
washing-up liquid. The parts must not be
washed in the dishwasher.
Do not use scouring pads, sharp utensils or
abrasive cleaning agents, as this may damage
the non-stick coating in the bowl.
Dry the bowl thoroughly before replacing it.
Wipe down the chocolate fondue casing
using a well-wrung cloth. It must not be
covered or exposed to water or liquids.
