6.1
Vacuuming smooth floor areas and carpets
Hints and tips:
Check regularly that the underside and the turbo brush of the floor brush (6) are
clean. A dirty floor brush may scratch floor surfaces. See also chapter 7.2 "Cleaning
the floor brush (6)".
The floor brush (6) can be rotated 180° and can be tilted at an angle of up to 70° –
this gives you ideal freedom of movement and mobility.
The handheld vacuum cleaner cleans all floors from smooth coverings to high-pile
carpets, and is ideal for thorough cleaning and also for short cleaning occasionally.
1. Put the on/off switch (8) to position I or II to switch on the vacuum cleaner:
I
= half power for longer usage, turbo brush in addition; the yellow signal lamp (5)
lights up
II
= full power
2. When you are finished, put the on/off switch (8) to position 0 to switch off the
vacuum cleaner.
6.2

2. To vacuum press the button (10).
3. When you are finished, put the handheld vacuum cleaner (4) back in the base body
