Press the UNIT button on the back of the scale to select the correct measuring unit (kg/st/lb).
kg = kilograms
lb = pounds
st = stone
Place the scale on a flat and stable surface and wait for the scale to turn itself off.
Stand directly on the scale to weigh yourself. As soon as the result blinks and then stops blinking the measurement is done.
The scale will turn itself off after about 10 seconds.
If you wish to weigh yourself again, please wait 10 seconds before standing on the scale.
Important: always use the scale on a flat and stable surface, never on a rug or carpet. The maximum weighing capacity of the
scale is 180 kg. When the maximum is exceeded the display will show Err.
When Lo appears in the display, the batteries are almost empty. If necessary please use a small screwdriver to remove
the batteries. Check the polarities of the batteries before placing.
Wipe the scale only with a damp cloth to clean. Never immerse the scale in water or any other liquids. Handle the scale with
care, protect the scale from impact with hard object and do not drop it. Never use any abrasives!
This symbol means that this product should not be disposed of with regular household waste (2012/19/EU).
