3. This Warranty on the warranted piece does not include:
• The coverage exceptions mentioned in the Warranty Certificate of the product to which the warranted piece belongs and that have
affected it such as the damages caused by the installation and / or incorrect, inappropriate and / or illegal use of the product.
• The labor necessary for the replacement of the warranted part and / or for the necessary technical diagnosis before the failure of the
product of which the warranted part is a part, with the exception of Guatemala, Honduras and the Dominican Republic.
• Failures, damages and / or defects caused and / or originating in the transport and / or manipulation and / or intervention of technicians
and / or person and / or any third party not authorized by the Guarantor about the product, the warranted piece and / or relation to
replacement parts at the time of their placement by these technicians and / or persons and / or third parties not authorized by the
Guarantor.
• The expenses of freight / transport and / or delivery of the replacement part, with the exception of Guatemala, Honduras and the
Dominican Republic.
• The mechanical and / or electrical parts accessory to the warranted piece.
IMPORTANT NOTE: When the repair and / or manipulation of the product and / or warranted part is performed by technical services not authorized
by the Guarantor and / or by the use of non-original parts, the Special Warranty granted will be without effect.
This Special Warranty does not constitute and under no circumstances may be interpreted as an extension or additional term in the terms and
conditions of the legal warranty of the product and its components established by local law. This Special Warranty does not extend or grant the
Beneficiary / Owner thereof more rights than those expressly indicated in this document. This is without prejudice to the mandatory rights that each
country recognizes, which will be effective according to the terms and deadlines of the applicable local law in case of divergence.
This Special Warranty is granted only and strictly for the warranted special pieces indicated at the beginning of this document, of the
product models indicated in this Certificate and acquired in the premises indicated in point 1 of this, valid only in the countries indicated.
The Special Warranty granted through this Warranty Certificate is legal only for the term stipulated locally by law as such. In this sense, it has the
character of conventional and voluntary respect to the term granted beyond the minimum term required by the regulations applicable in each country
so that said special and additional term is governed by the terms described here.
