Solution
Make sure the vacuum
cleaner has been fully
charged before first time use
or if it has not been used for a
long time
Make sure the power switch
of the main power supply is
turned on
Do not use a damaged
power cord. Please contact
the customer service center
Check for any blockages and
clear them
Regularly replace the water in
the reservoir by clean water
and empty the water tank
after each use
Check with the supplier for
replacement parts
Check the filter and clean off
any dirt
Check the filter and clean off

Make sure the filter is dry
before inserting it back into
the hand vacuum cleaner.
Replace the water with clean
water if needed.
Recharge the vacuum
