WARNING !
Explosion hazard
 The device can ignite the airbag
and hence cause an explosion.
¾ Do not use the device in the
vicinity (≤ 10 cm) of an airbag
component.
Connect the induction coil to the device:
• Push the ends of the induction coil completely
into the openings [1] on the front of the
device.
• Close hand wheels [2].
• The induction coils must not move inside the
opening
Check the connection of the induction coil to the
device.
Attention !
Risk of personal injury or material damage from
improper use.
¾ Remove the mains plug before changing the
induction coil.
¾ The induction coils must not be bent nor may
the form of the coil be changed in any other
way.
Basic working method
Select the appropriate coil:
• Hold coil [A], [B], [E] around the object to
be heated.
• Wrap single cable [D] at least three times
around the object to be heated.
Press ON/OFF button [3] and hold depressed.
3 Heating commences.
3 The LED on the front comes on.
3 An acoustic signal sounds.
Release ON/OFF button [3].
3 The device switches off.
Use of the pancake coil [C]
Connect the pancake coil [C] to the device.
Press ON/OFF button [3] and hold depressed.
Hold the pancake coil parallel to the surface.
Move the pancake coil in circles or back
and forth along the edge of the object to be
removed.
After a few seconds, try to lift the edge of the
object to be removed using a wedge.
• If it comes away easily, maintain the upward
tension on the object and continue to move
the pancake coil.
• If it does not come away easily, maintain the
heat for a few seconds longer, paying atten-
tion to any signs of load on the paintwork.
Repeat these steps until the object comes away
completely.
Release ON/OFF button [3].
If vinyl artwork is heated too much, it
becomes soft and may be damaged
during removal. Allow soft vinyl
artwork to cool down before pulling it
off again.
Risk of burns
 Individual parts of the device can
become hot.
¾ Allow the device and induction coil
to cool down after use.

Overheating protection

As soon as the internal temperature becomes too
high, the device stops heating. The induction process
is continued with reduced power.
If no induction is created, check whether
• The ON/OFF button [3] is working,
• The device is connected to the power supply
and the plug socket is functioning,
• only coils from authorised Würth dealers are
being used.
Attention !
Wait for approx. 10 minutes to allow the device
to cool down completely. You cannot continue
to work until the temperature in the device has
dropped sufficiently.
