USER'S MANUAL
TOOLS DRAWER FOR GOLIATH TOOLS CART
*This drawer is designed to be mounted exclusively in the GOLIATH TOOLS trolley
YOU WILL FIND IN THE BOX:
1 drawer made of 1mm metal sheet, with supports riveted to attach to trolley.
1 Rubber mat for the bottom of the drawer.
NOTE: The same screws used on the trolley are used to mount the drawer.
DESCRIPTION AND TECHNICAL FEATURES:
Tool drawer made of 1mm sheet steel, with metal supports to x to the trolley, measures
430 x 355 x 100mm. This drawer is designed to house the most necessary tools during
speci c repairs, as a complement to the upper and lower tray of the trolley, which are faster
to access during such repair work.
ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS:
MOUNTING THE DRAWER ON THE CART:
1- Take the drawer out of the box.
2- Loosen the screws and remove the upper tray from the cart, keep the lower tray
mounted with the screws loosened. (Photo 1)
3- Turn the cart upside down. With the upper tray tted into the drawer supports, you
must pass the lashing screws to the trolley and re-thread the 4 screws of the support
and the tray. (Photo 1)
4- Once this operation is done, the cart is assembled.
To de nitively tighten the 8 connecting screws of the cart, turn the cart over and
place it on a at surface, with the wheels fully supported on the surface, tighten the 8
screws.
Check that the car does not limp once it is tightened, if it continues to limp you should
loosen the screws and carry out the operation again until it does not limp.
HAZARD WARNINGS IN THE USE OF THE DRAWER G-AC006:
1- Do not load more than 1Kg inside the drawer.
2- Children must not handle the G-AC006 drawer.
MAINTENANCE:
1- The drawer does not need any speci c maintenance.
2- The only lubrication points can be the drawer ball guides. (Photo 2)
When you notice any di culties to open or close, you must lubricate with a little
grease, petroleum jelly, etc.
This greasing process should be done to the user's liking and although it is not
necessary, it contributes to smoother movements.
