3.4 Removal of Transport Protection (only Recorder P/PA)
The transport unit must be removed before the recorder is used. The chart carriage must
first be removed to do this.
Remove the transport protection to the front, and move the mandrel for connection of the
recording head into the upper position.
Warning
Following removal of the transport protection it is essential to move the
mandrel into the upper position.
