PREPARING TO USE THE CONVERTOR/VIBRATOR
After having unpacked the convertor:
check that the motor, the feed cable and the switch are not damaged.
•
Check that the supply voltage corresponds with that indicated on the convertor label.
•
Check that the switch of the vibrator is in position 0.
•
put the convertor into vertical position.
•
•
Avoid positioning the convertor in a wet enviroment.

STARTING WORK WITH THE CONVERTOR AND THE VIBRATOR
insert the CEE plugs of both convertor and vibrator into their respective sockets.
•
Switch on the convertor by pressing the switch to position 1 and the convertor will start.
•
Pick up the switch box of the vibrator and press the switch to the position 1.
•
•
check that the ampermeter « A » of the convertor indicates the correct current is being drawn.
Put the vibrator into the concrete and always work with the vibrator submersed.

COMPLETING THE WORK
When you finish to work:
switch off the vibrator first by pressing the switch to the position 0,then switch off the convertor in the same way.
PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN
Never use the vibrator out of the concrete.

Do not use the convertor in a wet enviroment.
Do not use the convertor near inflammable substances.
•
MAINTENANCE:
Clean the vibrator and the convertor after every use.
•
Check that the feed cable and the plugs are not damaged after every use and change them if necessary.
•
Check that the switch housing box is always completely sealed.
