Arch Kit QRG
Instructions
1. Lay the sections of the Arch Kit on a flat, horizontal surface in the shape
of an arch.
2. Arrange the sections so that the numbers on the ends will match when you
connect the truss sections together.
3. Join the sections together and secure them with the quick-release pins
provided.
4. Install the base plates into the ends of the assembled Arch Kit.

5. Secure the base plates into the truss Arch Kit using the provided spigots.
Tap the steel spigots into place using a hammer, using care not to strike
the aluminum truss.
6. Install the cotter pins in the holes located on the ends of the spigots to
retain them in place.
7. Carefully lift the assembled Arch Kit to an upright position, using two
persons if necessary.
8. Reverse steps 1–7 to disassemble the Arch Kit.
Use care not to strike the aluminum truss. Permanent damage may occur.
Wear protective safety gear when assembling this product. Loud banging
may damage hearing.
Prior familiarization of the Arch Kit construction will greatly reduce
assembly time and difficulties during a show setup or breakdown.
