This message displays in various cases - below are a list of the main cases:

Temperature reading hampered
by hair, sweat,...
Temperature reading hampered
by an air flow...
Temperature reading too close
together, ThermoFlash® has not
had time to reset.
The measuring distance is too
great.

SOLUTIONS
Make sure there is no obstruction prior to taking the
temperature.
Be careful not to be in the axis of an airflow, this could
cause interference with the infrared system.
Please observe the minimum interval of 1 minute
between two readings - a 3 min delay is advised.
Please respect the measuring distance (between 2 and 5
cm / 0.79 - 1.97 in).
