Stopwatch
1. In Stopwatch mode, press "D" to start/stop Stopwatch.
2. Press "A" to reset Stopwatch.
3. In Stopwatch counting mode, press "A" to enter/clear Split Time.
Stopwatch can track up to 50 Split Times or Laps.
4.Press "D" to stop Stopwatch, and "A" to reset.
Recall Stopwatch Split Lap Data
1.In Stopwtach mode, press "B" to display time of first split.
2.Press "D" or "C" to browse forward or backward through multiple
Split Lap records recorded.
3.Press "A" to return to normal Stopwatch mode.
Pedometer
1. In Pedometer mode, press "D" to browse information in the follow-
ing order: Steps, Distance, Speed, Calories, Walking Time.
2. Press "C" to view any of Records.
3. Press "D" to browse the information. Latest record will be record 1.
4. Press "C" to view Totals.
5. Press "D" to browse the information.
6. To reset data, press and hold "A" for 2 seconds in Pedometer,
Record or Total view.
7. When not using the pedometer mode, press "B" to switch to Normal
Time display and save battery power.
Pedometer Disclaimer: Please note that high impact or team
sport activities will be counted as steps by the pedometer, unless you
exit pedometer function beforehand.
