OPERATION

TROUBLE SHOOTING

PROBLEM
Machine does not operate.
Spray gun does not operate.
No vacuum.
Poor vacuum.
Formula Cleaner not injecting. j
No air–flow from blower hose.

CAUSE
Tripped GFCI device.
Faulty GFCI device.
Faulty power cord.
Building circuit breaker tripped.
Air in pump system.
Empty solution tank.
Pump switch not activated.
Kink in solution hose
Plugged spray gun nozzle.
PLugged solution tank filter
Loose solution hose connection.
Kinked or plugged internal pump hose. Unkink or unplug pump hose.
Faulty pump.
Faulty pump switch or wiring.
Faulty spray gun.
Vacuum/blower switch is pressed
towards blower symbol.
Faulty vacuum/blower switch or wiring. Contact Service Center.
Defective vacuum motor.
Worn carbon brushes.
Clogged float shut–off screen.
Full recovery tank.
Loose recovery tank lid.
Loose vacuum hose connections.
Defective vacuum hose.
Loose vacuum hose cuffs.
Defective squeegee tool.
g Spray gun set to high pressure.
Plugged metering tip.
Plugged injection tube.
Empty Formula container.
Formula ON/OFF lever turned off.
Injector tube not submerged in
Formula container.
Plugged formula Injector.
Loose blower hose connection.
Defective blower motor.
Worn carbon brushes in blower motor.

SOLUTION
Reset GFCI device.
Contact Service Center.
Contact Service Center.
Reset breaker.
Operate spray gun at low pressure to
prime pump.
Fill solution tank.
Activate pump switch.
Unwind hose.
Clean Nozzle.
Unplug filter.
Properly connect solution hose to
coupler.
Contact Service Center.
Contact Service Center.
Replace spray gun.
Press switch towards vacuum symbol.
Contact Service Center.
Contact Service Center.
Remove recovery tank lid and clean
lint off screen.
Empty recovery tank.
Tighten recovery tank lid.
Secure connections.
Replace hose.
Secure cuffs to hose.
Replace squeegee blades.
Set gun to low pressure.
Remove metering tip and clean.
Unplug injection tube.
Replace with new container.
Turn Formula ON/OFF lever to ON.
Submerge injector tube to bottom of
Formula container.
Remove and clean injector. When
replacing injector, point arrow towards
spray gun.
Secure hose connection.
