Montare le due staffe di sostegno in lamiera preverniciata sfruttando i fori di fissaggio già

presenti sul mobile (figura 1); per l' assemblaggio utilizzare n° 2 viti autofilettanti 4,2 x 13
per ogni staffa.

Applicare la guarnizione adesiva sp. 3 mm (fornita a corredo) nelle pieghe del pannello
anteriore e della parte superiore (figura 2); le striscie di gomma, che andranno applicate
(figura 2 - lettera A) facendo attenzione a non coprire i punti di fissaggio del mobile,
serviranno per evitare fastidiose vibrazioni della griglia durante il funzionamento.

Appoggiare la griglia nella sede opportuna come indicato in figura 3; la griglia, una volta
in posizione, andrà a fare pressione sulla gomma applicata in precedenza.

Per bloccare definitivamente la griglia, fissare le due staffe di chiusura superiori sfruttando
i fissaggi laterali predisposti (figura 3).

Sotto ognuna di queste staffe, è preferibile applicare un' ulteriore striscia di gomma
(spessore 3 mm) per compattare maggiormente la griglia e renderla ancor più stabile

durante il funzionamento.

Il risultato finale del montaggio della griglia in alluminio è rappresentato in figura 4.

Monter les deux étriers de soutien en tôle prélaquée en utilisant les trous de fixation
prévus sur l'habillage (figure 1); fixer à l'aide de 2 vis tarauds 4,2 x 13 pour chaque étrier.

Appliquer le joint auto-adhésif de 3 mm d'épaisseur (fourni) dans les plis du panneau
frontal et de la partie supérieure (figure 2). Les bandes caoutchouc devront être
appliquées (figure 2 - lettre A) en faisant attention à ne pas couvrir les points de fixation
de l'habillage. Elles auront une fonction antivibratoire pour la grille pendant le
fonctionnement.

Appuyer la grille sur son siège comme indiqué à la figure 3. La grille exercera sa pression
sur le joint caoutchouc précédemment appliqué .

Pour le blocage définitif de la grille, fixer les deux étriers de fermeture supérieurs en
utilisant les fixations latérales prévues à cet effet (figure 3).

Il est recommandé d'appliquer une bande caoutchouc supplémentaire (ép. 3 mm) sous
chaque étrier pour un meilleur blocage de la grille qui augmentera ainsi sa stabilité
pendant le fonctionnement.

La figure 4 illustre le montage final de la grille en aluminium.

Install the 2 pre-painted steel sheet support brackets using the fastening holes provided
on the cabinet (figure 1). Fasten with the self-tapping 4.2 x 13 screws provided (2
screws on each bracket).

Fit the adhesive gasket supplied (thickness 3 mm ) on the folds of the front panel and
the upper part (figure 2). Fit the rubber strips (figure 2 - letter A) taking care not to cover
the cabinet fastening points. These strips will prevent annoying vibrations of the grille
during operation.

Position the grille in its seat as shown in figure 3. After positioning, the grille will
compress the rubber strip previously fitted.

To fasten the grille, engage the two upper closing brackets using the side fasteners
provided (figure 3).

It is recommended to fit another rubber strip (thickness 3 mm) under each bracket for
a better fastening of the grille and to improve the grille stability during operation.

Figure 4 shows the aluminium grille after installation.

Die beiden Haltebügel aus lackiertem Blech mit Hilfe der in der Verkleidung vorhandenen
Löcher montieren (Abbildung 1). Für den Zusammenbau je 2 selbstschneidende
Schrauben 4,2 x 13 pro Bügel verwenden.

Die 3mm dicke selbstklebende Dichtung (im Lieferumfang) an den Falten der vorderen
und oberen Platte (Abbildung 2) ankleben. Die Gummistreifen, die so angebracht
werden müssen (Abbildung 2 -Buchstabe A), dass die Befestigungspunkte der Verkleidung
nicht bedeckt werden, helfen mit, unangenehmes Vibrieren der Gitter während des
Betriebs zu verhindern.

Das Gitter wie in der Abbildung 3 gezeigt in seinen Sitz legen. In dieser Position drückt
es nun auf die vorher aufgeklebte Gummidichtung.

Das Gitter mit den beiden oberen Verschlussbügeln mit Hilfe der vorbereiteten seitlichen
Befestigungen (Abbildung 3) definitiv befestigen.

Unter jeden dieser Bügel sollte ein weiterer Gummibandstreifen (Dicke 3 mm) eingelegt
werden, damit das bitter noch kompakter und während des Betriebs noch stabiler wird.

Die Abbildung 4 zeigt das fertig montierte Aluminium-Ausblasgitter.
