b) Leveling
Adjust turn-button to center the bubble of level vials both in X direction and Y direction.
c) Power on and set instrument to scan mode. Adjust rotating speed, then instrument can begin
to work.
d) Then instrument can be used to calibrate plumbing with plumb laser line upwards
Working vertically
This working state features to project a laser plumb plane reference with a horizontal laser line.
It can be used to calibrate plumbing of wall, decoration and plumbing a partition
a) Placement
According to your need in work, chose an anchor point or the working direction to set instrument
horizontally on a fixed platform, or connected to tripod by vertical mount.
b) Leveling
Adjust turn-button of adjusting screw to center the bubble of level vial in Z direction.
c) Power on and set instrument to scan mode. Adjust rotating speed, then instrument can begin
to work.
Self-check and calibration of instrument accuracy
a) Self-check of instrument horizontal accuracy
1- Set instrument on tripod according to the direction of fig (Instrument handle is rightward),
which is between Wall A and Wall B. (Note: the distance L between two walls should exceed
21m). Let instrument project red laser towards two walls. And mark a1 and b1 on walls at the
location of red laser point.

2- Move instrument to position of 0.9m far away from Wall A and level it.(Instrument handle is
still rightward) Let instrument project red laser towards two walls second time. And mark a2 and
b2 on walls at the location of red laser point.
