PRODUCT OVERVIEW
Geberit's Exposed Electronic Faucet incorporates the
most advanced electronics for the lowest possible water
consumption.
A new twin beam LED system scans the area 4 times
per second in standby mode and 6 times per second
when a user is detected. Beams scan in 40 degree arcs
for maximum sensing range. Exclusive 90-second clean-
ing mode allows sanitation of the sink without early rins-
ing of cleaning chemicals. The electronics provide posi-
tive user identification without false starts due to color or
light variations.
The electronic faucet uses an AC adapter or 6-volt lithi-
um battery, with easy access for changing the battery. It
is not necessary to shut off the water supply to replace
the battery. The faucet also incorporates a "low battery"
warning system.
Pressurized plumbing fixtures shall be installed in accordance
with manufacturer's recommendations. The supply piping to
these devices shall be securely anchored to the building struc-
ture to prevent installed device from unnecessary movement
when operated by the user. Care shall be exercised when
installing the device to prevent marring the exposed significant
surface.
