INFRARED REMOTE CONTROL - APPEARANCE AND
INSTRUCTIONS
1.
(1-10 /0 & 10+) -The numeric keys are used for directly choosing specific tracks, By pressing a
corresponding numeric key, you can directly play the desired track. If there are more than 10
tracks on a disc, lest press the 110+) key, then press the numeric key corresponding to the
number of the one's digit. (For example, the following the figure illustrates how to choose track
No. 15)

DIGEST - When playing the VCD, press the key to view the whole disc to divide 9 squares at
the same lime. Press the numeric keys (1-9) to select the start point from the 9 squares. If you
don't select, the player will play automatically.

RESUME - During playback, press the STOP key is stopped. Press the "RESUME" key and the
player will automatically locate the previous interrupted position and start to play from this point

OSD - During playback, press the key and the playing time of the current track is displayed on
the TV screen, Press the key fifth time and the TV display returns to normal,

STEP - 'When play press this key once and the playback freeze. Once desired stop appears,
hold the key for slow motion playback. To release the function, press the PLAY button for
normal speed playback.

VOL- - Press the key to adjust the volume level lower.

VOL.+ - Press the key to adjust the volume level higher
8-9.
<< And >>- The keys are used for playing the disc fast backwardly or fast forwardly. Press the
keys for Xl, X2. X3. X4 time and the player will play the disc last backwardly or fast forward at
one, two three end tour times its normal speed respectively. Press the keys the fifth time end the
playback speed will be normal again. (You can use these two keys to quickly scan the disc.
Once a scene in which you are interested is shown, press the >11 key and the player wilt start
to play the disc from this point at normal speed.)

R/L - The key is used to switchover the left and right sound channels. The first time this key is
depressed, only sound on the left channel can be heard. The second time this key is depressed,
only sound on the right channel can be heard. The third time this key is depressed, stereo
sound can be heard.

>II- Press the key to playback, (pause when playing.

TIME - Press this key once and the LCD displays (--:--) Use the numeric keys on the infrared
remote control to enter the elapsed time you want to go to, e.g.. [23:18]. The player will start to
play from the time you keyed in. It all digits are net entered: (2-:--), you can cancel it by pressing
"Time Search again. Note: It the time you keyed in exceed the total length et the disc, this
operation is unfilled.

PCB - Press this key for the first time the player will display the menu (PCB ON). This function
for VCD 2.0 version only, (Menu display needs to be supported by the disc). When menu is
displayed on the TV screen, you can choose the track according to the numbers n the menu.
This key could select the menu display to PCB ON / PCB OFF.

RETURN- Press the key and the player will return to the menu screen (PCB ON) and start to
play from there.
15.
REPEAT - Press (VOL- /MODE / REPEAT) these keys repeatedly and the repeat modes
changes in the following cycle: Single Track - Repeat- All Tracks Repeat- Intro Play - Random
Play Pressing the keys once will repeal the track currently being played. Pressing the keys twice
will repeat all the tracks in the disc. For MP3 disc with more than one directory, repeat the
current directory only. Pressing the keys the third time will intro play the disc, i.e.: play the first
10 seconds of each of the tracks of the disc in turn. Press the keys the fourth time and the
player will play the tracks of the disc random as determined by the microprocessor of the player.
16.
SLOW - The key is for playback at a slower speed to SLOW1. SLOW2 and SLOW3. Press the
">IF key end the player will start to play the disc from this point at normal speed.
17.
MUTE - Press this key once and the sound is muted. Press this key the second time and the
sound can be heard again.
18.
ZOOM - The key is used to enlarge the picture during playback. Press the key once and the
picture on the screen is enlarged to double its original size. Press this key again and the picture
returns to its normal size. When the picture on the screen is enlarged to double its original size.
