You can solve many occuring problems yourself without specific expertise. In case of a
problem please check all shown possibilities and follow below instructions before contact-
ing an after sales service. See CUSTOMER SERVICE.
WARNING!
▶ Before maintenance, deactivate the appliance and disconnect the mains plug from
the mains socket.
▶ Electrical equipment should be serviced only by qualified electrical experts, because
improper repairs can cause considerable consequential damages.
▶ A damaged supply should only be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or
similarly qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard.
10.1 Troubleshooting with display code
Note: Troubleshooting
▶ If an error code appears, please press the power button to get rid of it. If it keeps ap-
pearing, pull out the power plug and contact customer service.
▶ In case you are asked to contact the customer service: Note the troubleshooting mes-
sage and refer to "CUSTOMER SERVICE".

The appliance gives a high-temperature warning

when the lower compartment's temperature has
been higher than 25 °C for 3 hours.
The compressor stops working when the tem-

perature of the upper compartment is lower than
0 °C. The low-temperature warning is given when
the temperature has been lower than 0 °C for 2
hours.

0 °C. The low-temperature warning is given when
the temperature has been lower than 0 °C for 2
hours.

10- Troubleshooting

Solution
Please contact the after sales ser-
vices to change the sensor.
Ambient temperature is too high.
