Possible Cause(s)
1. Power switch in off position
2. Fuse blown
3. Battery dead
Charger damaged
Not designed to illuminate while charging
with an AC charger
Could take 15 minutes or longer to fill
tires
Charging with AC charger
1. AC charger damaged
2. Battery dead
Corrective Action
1. Push power switch to on position
2. Replace fuse
3. Replace battery (CC020300AV)
1. Replace charger (SV994500AV)
2. Charge with 12-volt cord
Unplug charger from unit. Push power switch on.
1. Wait. Be sure to allow 15 minutes of cool-
down time for every 15 minutes of run-time.
2. Recharge battery
3. Replace battery.
4. Unlock adapter and reattach to tire stem
5. Replace fuse
Red light will remain illuminated while charging
with AC charger. To check battery charge,
remove charger and push power switch on.
1. Replace AC charger. Use 12-volt cord charger
2. Replace battery.Use 12-volt cord charger to
run unit
