5.6. AUTOMATIC MODE

In automatic mode, the filtering speed changes depending on the environmental air quality. This
purifier has a sensor for detecting the air quality so that the air quality indicator light (3) illuminates
in one of the 4 colours from best to least optimal: blue, yellow, orange and red.
When the automatic mode is active, the filtering speed adapts to the perceived air quality. As the
air quality improves, the filtering speed is reduced and the air quality indicator light changes colour.
To enter this mode, please, press the Power control/auto mode button (D) and follow the next sequence:
• 1st press: Turn on the unit
• 2nd press: Auto mode on
• 3rd press: Auto mode off
• 4th press: Turn off the unit
5.7. REPLACEMENT OF THE 3-IN-1 FILTER
After prolonged use of the appliance, dirt and impurities will accumulate in the 3-in-1 filter. Therefore it will be
necessary to change it at the end of its useful life.
When Babypure 5 detects that it is necessary to change the filter, the LED indicator for filter change (E) will blink.
After getting a new one, follow these steps to replace the filter (Figure 3):
1. Place the unit up-side-down.
2. Loosen and remove the fixing bolt (7).
3. Rotate the base (6) in the direction indicated on the unit to open it.
4. Remove the dirty filter (5) and insert the new filter.
5. Replace the base (6) of the unit and rotate it in the direction indicated on the appliance to close it.
6. Replace the fixing bolt (7) to the base.
If you use the appliance continuously, the useful life of the filter is usually around 6 months.
