8. Unhook hip throttle tension spring (J) from right side of frame
and pull throttle arm with wires and spring from left side of
frame.
9. Loosen knob (K) on handle (L). Align notch in handle with tabs
(M). Install onto swivel pipe (N) past long ridges in pipe.
10. From between the blower elbow and frame, feed new throttle
cable and ignition wire assembly between frame and lower
engine mount (O).
11. Secure new ignition ground lead with socket head bolt (H) to
lower left engine crankcase. Connect new ignition coil lead and
stop switch lead at coupler (I).
12. Turn throttle shaft (P) fully clockwise. Seat new throttle cable
wire end into carburetor swivel. Secure throttle cable in bracket
with nut (F).
13. Be certain insulator gasket is properly aligned and install
carburetor and air clearner case. Tighten two (2) carburetor
bolts securely.

Install air filter and cover.

Install intake pipe onto air cleaner case and tighten clamping
screw.
15. Install throttle cable guide (Q) in second groove of flexible pipe.
16. Move handle (L) to desired position. Tighten knob (K) hand
tight.
17. Check for smooth throttle operation.
18. Install engine cover (D) and secure with four (4) socket head
screws.
19. Connect spark plug lead (C) to spark plug.
20. Check that engine will stop when ignition switch is moved to
"STOP" position. (Do not operate blower without a properly
functioning engine stop switch.)
21. Install two (2) end blower pipes onto swivel pipe.
