COMPRESSED AIR SUPPLY
Clean air and correct pressure in the compressed air system is essential for the supply of this tool.
The maximum pressure for this tool is 6.2 bar and is recommended for most compressed air tools of
this class. Values such as the working pressure and other data can be obtained from the section
Technical Data. An increase of the pressure is necessary if the length of the air hose or other
circumstances lead to a reduction of the pressure. In this case, it may be necessary to increase the
pressure from 6.2 to, for example 7.2 bar, in order to guarantee a pressure of 6.2 bar on the tool.
Water in the hose and compressor leads to reduced efficiency and damage to the air tool. Drain the
compressed air system before each use. Use a pressure regulator with pressure gauge if the
pressure in the compressed air system is too high.
