Connecting the device

To use with a mobile device, you need to pair it with the device. Once pairing is complete, the
device attempts to reconnect each time you turn it on. For Pairing and while in use, both devices
must be placed close together.

Activate the Bluetooth feature on the mobile device, and then scan for the device.

Select the device name Samsung Bluetooth Keyboard EJ-BT230 from the list of available
devices. If the device does not appear on the list, press and hold the Pairing button ( ) for
3 seconds. When the device enters Pairing mode, the indicator light flashes from red to
green to blue.

With the device, type the confirmation numbers displayed on the mobile device, and then
press the enter key.
