2 hours, automatic detection off. The official
recommendation is that turn off automatic detection
or monitor once every 2 hours).
6. Stopwatch: Tap to switch to stopwatch interface.
Long press to start timing, tap to pause, and tap
again to continue, long press to exit.
7. Sports mode: Tap to switch to sports interface.
Long press to start, then short press to select to view
data. Long press to end and save the data (data will
not be saved if time is less than 1 minute).
How to Wear
1. Please wear the wristband on
the wrist, approx. 2cm away from
the ulna. The heart rate sensor is
close to skin and cannot be shaken.
If wear the wristband loosely and the light of sensor
leaks, it will affect the accuracy of heart rate
measurement. Do not directly look at the green light
of sensor, which may cause eye irritation.
