1. Screw 3 cam bolts (B) into cam bolt holes on top board (1).
2. Screw 8 cam bolts (B) into cam bolt holes on middle connection board (4).
3. Screw 1 cam bolt (B) into cam bolt hole on shelf (5).
4. Screw 1 cam bolt (B) into cam bolt hole on upper left side panel (2).
5. Screw 1 cam bolt (B) into cam bolt hole on upper right side panel (3).
6. Screw 3 cam bolts (B) into cam bolt holes on lower left side frame (10).
7. Screw 3 cam bolts (B) into cam bolt holes on lower right side frame (11).
