Possible Cause
Power cord not connected.
Loose Shoe Clamp.
Dull or damaged Tool Bit.
RPM too fast.
Loose Tool Slide
Broken Trip Pin.
Remedy
Check power cord.
Check tension on
Shoe Clamp Handle.
Replace Tool Bit.

page 17.
Refer to Maintenance
Section on page 20.
Replace Trip Pin.
