ELECTRIC CONTROL GENERATOR USE AND CARE
• Place the electric control generator on a flat, clean surface.
• Allow for a proper amount of space at the sides of the electric control generator, so that the cooling
fans can receive adequate ventilation.
• To clean the exterior of the electric control generator, use a dry cloth. Always disconnect the electric
control generator from the power supply mains before cleaning it. Never use damp or wet cloths.
• Do not use any aggressive solvents or detergents.
OPERATION GUIDELINES
The electric control generator allows the efficiency of components like top feed petrol injectors, side
feed petrol injectors, TFSI direct injection petrol injectors, LPG/CNG gas injectors (side feed), EGR
solenoid valves, variable-geometry turbine control solenoid valves, new generation air conditioner
compressors etc. to be tested. Furthermore, when combined with an ultrasonic cleaning tank, it allows
the above-mentioned components to be driven, in order to remove deposits which can hardly be
reached by ultrasonic cleaning.
To test the operation of any of such components, just connect the electric control generator through
the cables, and enable movement through the keyboard.
The electric control generator does not have to be set or adjusted:
•
Connect the equipment to the connector of the solenoid valve to be tested through the cord.
•
Change the settings of the component being tested through the keyboard, and check how the part
reacts.
Connecting electric control generator:
• Connect the 220V power supply cable that comes with the electric power generator to the power
socket.
SETTING LANGUAGE:
• Keep the
generator.
