• This product is not safe for sleep.
SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Infants have suffocated
• On added pillows, blankets and extra padding.
- ONLY use the pad provided by the manufacturer.
- NEVER place extra padding under or beside infant.
• When trapped between product and adjacent surfaces.
- When using on playard, ONLY use when bassinet is installed and
always make sure seat is securely attached to identified locations.
Never place product in the bottom of playard.
- NEVER use seat in different product.
- NEVER use in contained areas (e.g. crib, playard) or next to
vertical surfaces (e.g. walls and dressers).
• When product was placed on a soft surface and tipped over.
- Never use on a soft surface (e.g. bed, sofa, cushion).
• ALWAYS place child on back.
• The product must be fully assembled before using. Do not modify
product or add any attachments that are not listed in the owner's
manual. CHECK that seat is securely attached by pulling up on seat.
CHECK that seat fabric is properly attached to frame before use.
Push down on seat before each use.
• NEVER place child in playard bassinet while seat is attached.
• NEVER leave seat in place when child is in playard.
FALL HAZARD:
To prevent falls, stop using the product when infant:
• Begins to wiggle out of position or turn over in the product or
• Head touches the upper edge of the product or
• Weighs more than 15 lb (6.5 kg) (approximately 3 months of age).
• Child's activity can move product. Use only on floor or attached to
identified location on the playard bassinet. Never use on any elevated
surface.
• Always use restraint system. Adjust belt as needed to get
a snug fit around your child.
