• Never move or lift product while child is in the product.
• NEVER leave child unattended.
• Always use the restraint system. For children who can
climb into the product unassisted, the restraint system is
not required.
• Never place a child over 40 lb in the product.
• Never lift the product using a toy bar as a handle.
• Never use as an infant carrier for automobile or airline
travel.
• Never attach any additional strings or straps to product.
• This product is not intended for unsupervised or
prolonged periods of sleep.
• FALL HAZARD:
- Child's movement may move product. Never place
product on countertops, tables, steps, or other elevated
surfaces.
- Always use on the floor.
- Stop using for sleeping when the infant begins to roll
over or can pull up on sides (approximately 5 months) to
prevent falls.
• When used as a rocker, the reclined position is only for
children who cannot sit upright unassisted (until 20 lb or
9 kg). • The upright position is only for children who have
developed enough upper body control to sit up without
tipping forward.
• SUFFOCATION HAZARD: Infants have
suffocated:
- When products have been placed on a soft surface and
tipped over. Never use on a soft surface (bed, crib, sofa,
cushion).
- On added pillows, blankets and extra padding. Only use
