Instructions for installation of "Audya Sounds Upgrade" with Pen Drive

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

•
Before proceeding to load the update, we recommend creating a backup of your data, as
the Wave Table will be rewritten and Presets, Programs GM Voices, plus some User Styles and
effects setting will be modified.
•
Upgrading with the Pen Drive can only be done using the HOST USB Port as illustrated
below.
•
Time needed to complete: 3 hours and 30 min. approx.
•
The update operation cannot be interrupted once started.

INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Please follow carefully the instructions below:
a) Delete all files with ".MEM" extension of the Main Directory
(ROOT) on the System Hard Disk "C:" (***)
b) Insert the Pen Drive on the USB port located on the front left side
of the keyboard.
c) Push the button "DISK" and chose "D:REMOV" by pressing the
button "USER 2/7".
d) Copy the file "AUDYA41B.MEM" to the Main Directory (ROOT) of the System Hard Disk "C:".
e) Once copying has completed, turn OFF the Audya. Whilst depressing the "F10" and "Unplug-
ged" touch button, turn the Power switch ON. Continue to hold the two touch buttons for a few
seconds, the Audya will power into Boot mode.
f) Press the "DISK" touch button and chose "D:REMOV" by pressing the button "USER 2/7".
g) Select the file "00KTNinstall00" and press ENTER.
The procedure will start immediately and the screen will display installation progress.
h) When completed please switch OFF the keyboard, wait a few seconds and then turn the key-
board ON.
