Purpose of the device (indications for use):
Silent Nights MD treats insomnia¹.
Description of the device: Silent Nights MD is a
phototherapy device that is activated by body heat.
When placed on the skin, it produces drug-free sleep.
Setup instructions: Place one patch on the body, using one
of the locations shown. Apply the patch to clean, dry skin in
the evening. Patch may be worn for up to 12 hours before
discarding. Remove the liner from the adhesive backing
using the medical grade adhesive side of the patch to
secure patch placement. Apply one hour before sleep.
Troubleshooting: Alternate between recommended
locations until a successful outcome is reached.
Storage instructions: Store in a cool, dark place.
Disposal instructions: LifeWave patches can be disposed of
in general waste.
Contraindications: Do not use if pregnant or nursing.
YGeneral warnings and precautions:
Remove immediately if you feel discomfort or skin irritation.
Keep well hydrated while using this product. Do not reuse
patch once removed from the skin. For external use only. Do
not ingest. Do not use on wounds or damaged skin. Ask a
health professional before using if you have a health
condition, skin condition or using an implanted electronic
device. Not suitable for use on children.
