3.2. Ensure that the mains supply is accessible
Even when the device is switched off, some compo-
nents are still live
To disconnect the power to your device or to completely isolate
the device from voltage sources, disconnect the device from the
power supply completely.
Only connect the device to an easily accessible mains so-
cket that is close to the place where you have set up the de-
vice. The socket must be freely accessible so that you can un-
plug the device from the mains quickly if necessary. The local
mains voltage must correspond to the technical specifications
for the device.
Make sure that the power cable does not present a trip ha-
zard. Do not allow the power cable to become trapped or
squashed.
3.3. Damage
DANGER!
There is a risk of electric shock.
Never, under any circumstances, attempt to open and/
or repair the device yourself.
Do not use if the device or the power cable is visibly damaged
or if the device has been dropped.
If the device or power cable is damaged, remove the plug
from the mains socket immediately.
If the power cable of this device is damaged, it must be repla-
ced by the manufacturer (or relevant customer service) or ot-
her suitably qualified person. This is to avoid hazards.
In the event of a fault, contact our Service Centre or another
suitable professional repair workshop to prevent hazards.
