Software Installation

Before you connect C-Pen 20 to your PC you must install the software
on the enclosed CD-ROM.
IMPORTANT: Do NOT connect C-Pen 20 before the software is
installed.
1. Close all open applications.
2. Insert the CD-ROM in your PC's CD-ROM drive. The installation
program will start automatically. Follow the on-screen instructions.
3. A message will be displayed when the installation is complete.
4. Plug C-Pen 20 into the USB port on your PC.
Troubleshooting
• If the installation program does not start, simply click on Start on
the Taskbar and select Run. In the Open field type x:\setup (where
the x is the letter of your CD-ROM drive).
• If your computer prompts you for drivers you have probably
connected C-Pen without first installing the software on the enclosed
CD-ROM. Disconnect C-Pen , install the software and reconnect
C-Pen .
