USING YOUR BAKE DISH
1. Plug in the grill and press the power button to turn on.
2. Set your desired cooking temperature and allow grill to preheat for at
least 5 minutes.
3. Using a pot holder, carefully open the preheated grill.
4. If not filled already, place food to be cooked in the bake dish.
Note: Do not overload.
5. Close the grill cover.
Important: Do not leave the appliance unattended during use.
6. Set the countdown timer to cook for your desired time. A signal will sound
once cooking is complete.
7. Using a pot holder, carefully open the grill cover.
8. When finished baking, use pot holders to remove bake dish to a wire rack
or other heat-resistant surface to cool.
9. Remove food from the bake dish using a plastic spatula or another non-
metallic utensil.
Note: Always use heatproof plastic, silicone or wood utensils to avoid
scratching the nonstick surface. Never use metal skewers, tongs, forks or
knives.
10. Press the power button and unplug to turn the grill off.
SUGGESTIONS FOR USING BAKE DISH
• Brownies: set temperature at 350ºF and bake for 25 minutes or until
toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
• Cornbread: set temperature at 350ºF and bake 20 minutes or until it springs
back when pressed lightly in center.
• Focaccia: set temperature at 400ºF and bake 20 minutes.
• Lasagna: set temperature at 400ºF and bake 20 minutes.
• Chicken or fish in cream sauce: set temperature at 350ºF and bake for 25
minutes or until done.
• Beef with vegetables in gravy: brown beef in bake dish at 400ºF; add
remaining ingredients and reduce temperature to 300ºF; cook until meat
and vegetables are tender.
