Attach Control Assy to Hitch and Control Tube as shown. Ensure that the control

lever is seated on the center pivot.
Insert Gearbox Assembly into the Impeller. Seat on the corresponding tabs.

Insert the Gearbox Housing impeller shaft into the bottom of the Hopper. Then,

insert the Axle through one Bushing, through the Lower Frame Tube, through
the Gearbox Assembly, through the other Lower Frame Tube, and through the
other Bushing. Ensure the "Front" embossment on the Gearbox Assembly
faces the Hitch and Control Tube. Seat the Bushings in the Lower Frame
Tubes.
