Disposal of Electric and Electronic Equipment:
This is an electrical product and as such it should not be treated as normal household waste. Instead, product should be left in the
appropriate collection point for recycling of electronic equipment. By ensuring this product is disposed of properly you are
helping prevent negative consequences to the environment. For more information on the recycling of this product contact your
local municipality or waste disposal service where you purchased this product.
Battery:
Although pre-charged and ready for immediate use, we recommend that you fully charge the battery before initial use.
Warranty:
If within the first 365 days of purchase this product or any included parts is proven to be defective by reason or fault of
craftsmanship and/or defective materials, we will repair or replace with the same product free of charge.
1. Must provide an invoice or sales receipt which clearly states the date of purchase with the defective unit
2. Matrix Audio is not responsible for any lost information of any kind and will not reimburse you for loss items
3. Limited warranty is only valid with the original proof of purchase for this product
4. A rechargeable battery can be charged and recharged over 100 times but it will eventually wear out. This is not a defect and
will be classified as normal wear and tear. When you've noticed the playback-time is noticeably shorter it is time to replace the
battery. Please do not attempt to make the repairs or modifications yourself without contacting an authorised Matrix Audio
representative.
5. Warranty does not include product failures that have been caused by use of accessories that are not manufactured by Matrix
Audio.
6. Warranty does not include product failures caused by abuse, neglect, mistreatment, or accidental breaking
7. Warrant does not cover product failures that are a result from modifications, repairs, or disassembly
8. Any defective product or part will become property of Matrix Audio
