When fitting the container cover
(7), you must ensure that the on/off

Suction function

1. Insert the rotatable plastic end piece
(10a) into the suction aperture (8).
Make sure that the protrusions on the
plastic end piece are guided through
the grooves in the suction aperture (8).
2. Turn the plastic end piece (10a) in the
clockwise direction to tighten (bayonet
fitting).
When assembling/detaching the
suction hose (10), hold the black
plastic end piece (10a) and not
the suction hose (10). Twisting or
bending could damage the hose.
Suction tube:
Plug the suction tube (11) onto the rigid
end piece of the suction hose (10).

Blow function

1. Press the blowing aperture adapter
(
12) into the blowing aperture (2).
2. Turn the blowing aperture adapter
(
12) in a clockwise direction to
tighten.
3. Insert the rotatable plastic end piece
(10a) into the blowing aperture
adapter (
12). Make sure that the
protrusions on the plastic end piece
are guided through the grooves in the
blowing aperture adapter (
6) and the suction aper-
12).

Switching on/off

Connect the mains plug.
The appliance is equipped with a

Operating Instructions

The vacuuming of glowing em-
bers and of materials that are
combustible, explosive or harm-
ful to health is prohibited. There
is a risk of injury!
Place the equipment on a level sur-
face that is not heat sensitive.
Always use the suction tube (
for vacuuming. In case of minor con-
tamination, hold the suction tube
(
11) approx. 1 cm above the ash.
Remove large ash volumes by directly
immersing the suction pipe.
Vacuum only cooled ash at less than
40 °C.
When vacuuming, keep checking the
metal container (

In the event of a rise in temperature,
switch off the equipment and discon-
nect at the plug. Place the equipment
outside and monitor it as it cools.
