Instruction Sheet
Tools Required: #2 Phillips Screwdriver, T15 Torx Screw-
driver, 3/32 (2.5mm),5/16 (8mm), Drill Bit, Power Drill, Center
Punch, Hammer and Clean Cloth.
Installation Procedure
1. Clean and degrease body panel where splash guards are
to be located.
2. Using alcohol wipers or 50% alcohol and water, clean area
to be taped.
3. Parts and vehicle temperature must be between 61° F and
86°F (16° C and 31°C).
4. Remove existing screws (4), locations A and B See figure
3.
5. Mount splash guard (3) and reinstall existing screws (4),
locations A and B while holding part up and into body panel
(7) See figure 3.
6. While holding splash (3) guard firmly against body panel (7),
mark and drill 3/32" (2.5mm) center pilot hole in location C.
See figure 1.
7. While holding splash guard (3) firmly against body panel
(7), install supplied #10 screw (2) in location C. Do not over
tighten.
8. Push forward on splash guard (3) and pull tape liner off using
tab (1) and apply 20-30 pounds of pressure along tape length
to ensure contact. See figure 3.
9. Repeat procedure for other side.
10. Guards can be cleaned with any commercially available
cleaner.
