POSSIBLE PROBLEMS AND RELATIVE SOLUTIONS
If the unit shows decreased performance, this may depend on the following factors:
-
The turbine is turning in the wrong direction: switch the polarity of the plug so as to obtain the proper
direction of rotation.
The filter is clogged: Empty the tank and clean the filter. Replace the filter if it shows and signs of damage.
-
The filter cover is not fitted properly: eliminate any air leaks
-
MAINTENANCE
The unit is designed so as not to require any routine maintenance interventions other than the inspections
described above. (filter cleaning and various seal checks).
The T22 is a three-phase turbine vacuum unit. It is particularly suitable for applications in
which prolonged or continuous suction power is required. It is designed for the direct
suctioning of solid materials; the filter must be removed for use with liquids. The device
must never be used to suction explosive or flammable materials
Three-phase induction motor (220 or 380 volt upon request) power 2.2 KW
Suction turbine driven by POLY V belt; the unit has three stages (three centrifugal fans
made from duralumin and two stationary fans; turbine shaft mounted on bearings, cast
iron turbine housing. Turbine speed: 13,000 rpm.
Two-button waterproof switch bank with built-in motor protection
Painted metal body on wheels (two fixed and two pivoting); quick release tank with 50
liter capacity.
Self-cleaning anti-humidity filter made from polyester needle felt, surface area: 4700 cm².

Ø 50 mm air intake connectors,
Ø40 and Ø50 accessories (optional) can be applied.

T22 : Connect the device to a three phase power outlet with a voltage rating that
complies with that which is indicated on the data plate
Attention!! The device must be connected to a suitable and properly functioning
grounding connector. If your facility's electrical outlets do not have three holes, be sure to
contact a qualified electrician prior to connecting your machine. The wires in the AC
power cable are installed according to the following colour scheme:
YELLOW / GREEN :
BLUE:
BROWN
Turn on the switch and use the appropriate inspection window on the lower rear portion
of the machine to check that the direction of rotation coincides with that which is
indicated by the arrow: this is necessary in order to ensure optimal performance and to
prevent damage to the turbine. The motor's direction of rotation can be reversed by
switching the positions of the neutral and phase wires on the machine's electrical plug.
This check must be performed whenever a new electrical outlet is used.
extremely simple to assemble and use.
In order to suction liquids, the tank must be emptied and cleaned thoroughly and the
cloth filter must be removed before carrying out any work operations. The special float
will prevent the liquid from entering the suction turbine once the tank is full. When the
noise emitted by the machine changes, this indicates that the float has been engaged
and the tank needs to be emptied.
The device's efficiency depends on the cleanliness of the filter. For proper cleaning, it is
recommended to periodically blow compressed air upon the filter's external surfaces
(without removing it from its housing) so as to unclog the pores of the fabric.
No foreign bodies, including dust, must be allowed to enter the suction turbine, as these
could clog the turbine and/or cause it to become unbalanced, thereby compromising the
device's proper functionality. The unit must therefore never be used without the filter
installed or with the filter torn or damaged in any way.
