11 Service and Maintenance

Switch off the power to the system before performing maintenance, cleaning
or repair work, and secure it against unauthorised reactivation.
Display HE Pumpen
Allow the pump to cool down in the event of high temperatures
and system pressures. There is a risk of scalds!

12 Faults, causes and Remedies

Maintenance work or repair attempts may only be undertaken by qualified persons.
Switch off the power to the system before performing maintenance, cleaning or repair work,
and secure it against unauthorised reactivation. Allow the pump to cool down in the event of
high temperatures and system pressures. There is a risk of scalds!

Problems with the power

remedy
Check the power supply at the pump
if necessary switch on the protective switch again
bleed the pump ( see chapter 7.4 and chapter 10 in
the manual )
Open the Valve
bleed the system
check the pump settings
bleed the pump ( see chapter 7.4 and chapter 10 in
the manual )
increase the supply pressure
check the gas volume in the expansion tank
increase the set point ( see chapter 7.3 in the manual )
Pump reverse into the factory settings (reset )
disconnect the pump from the power supply and
wait min. 15 minutes
Connect with the power supply again while pressing
the buttom until all four LED's are lighted
After releasing the button the pump has got back
the factory settings.

new adjusted
