Internal and external surfaces are protected with a film, which has to be removed before putting the cabinet into
operation.
Instructions for the assembling of Sweet 2 LX cabinet.
Insert the uprights in their housings (Page 5, Fig. 17 ref. 1), fix them to the cabinet using the available screws (Page 5,
Fig. 17 ref. 2-3). Fix the lower frame pliers to the uprights (Page 5, Fig. 18).
Then fix the top lighting canopies to the pivots located on the uprights (Page 5, Fig 19).
Position the side glasses inside the end panels, verify their correct position then fix them to the ceiling by knobbed screws
(Page 5, Fig. 20).
Following components have to be screwed to the uprights in the given sequence: closing profile (page. 6, FIG. 21, ref. 1),
top pliers frame (page. 6, FIG. 21, ref. 2) and lower pliers frame (page. 6, FIG. 21, ref. 3).
Insert the curved glass, with relevant gasket, inside the pliers edge, tightening the screws previously inserted (Page 6,
Fig. 22 ref. 1). Insert the handle edge at the bottom of the glass and fix it with supplied silicone (page. 6, FIG. 22, ref. 2).
Install glass shelves resting them on shelves supports and eventual brackets previously assembled (Page 6, Fig.23).
Finally, apply the lower plinth and the decoration trim, as per Fig. 16A-16B at page 5.
The internal and external surfaces are protected with a film, which has to be removed before putting the cabinet into
operation.
6 – Power supply check
Important: installation should be made following the manufacturer's instructions, by qualified personnel only, in conformity
with the electric safety regulations in force. Please refer to the electrical diagram at page 9.
At the input of the supply it is necessary to install an omni-polar magnetothermic/differential device with contact opening
equal to 3 mm and adequate cut-off power.
Warning: Before connecting the cabinet to the power supply, make sure that the supply voltage corresponds to the
values indicated on the cabinet plate (please consider that the maximum fluctuation of the supply voltage must be in the
range of +/- 10%.
Make sure the electric connection is made with cables of a diameter and length capable of withstanding the power and
current absorbed by the display cabinet, see Page 3, Tab.1.
The cabinets in plug-in version are provided with plug and cable 2,5 m length (see Page 2 Fig. 7), so that it is compulsory
to meet such dimension when connecting the cabinet to the socket available in the wall. When arranging the cable,
please make sure that it is placed in straight way, avoiding spirals which can generate unwanted electromagnetic fields.
The cable must be placed in a safe position, protected from pushes, water or liquid in general, heating and it must not be
damaged. In case of breakage of the power cable of the cabinet, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or by institution
in charge of it.The power supply plug must be accessible even after cabinet installation.
The connection to the power supply through plug adapters is absolutely forbidden. In case the cabinet has to be placed
far from the available socket, the cabling must be realised as stated by the regulation in force at the time of the
installation. The cabinet must be connected to the earth circuit.
Warning: The installation must be carried out by qualified personnel, as per the indication given by the manufacturer,
following the regulations (regulation and laws for electrical safety, accident and fire prevention measures, general
regulations) in force in the Countries where the cabinet will be put into operation.
The manufacturer has no liability for any damage to personnel or property caused by improper installation.
7 – Technical characteristics
